SHOWING RULES DURING THE PANDEMIC

The pandemic has changed how we do business.  For your safety and health, RE/MAX Enterprise Realty Professionals will take the utmost care in decreasing the spread of Covid-19 to the best of their abilities.  To do these we have some requirements to protect everyone involved in this transaction from the Seller showing the home, to you the Buyer viewing it, and of course the agent standing along side of you. 

1. Before seeing a home every adult must sign a PEAD form and any other applicable forms.

2. Please wear masks and sanitize prior to entering the house.  

3. Limit the number of persons entering the house.

4. Keep touching to a minimum.  

5. Dispose of any contaminated masks, gloves, or shoe coverings after each house showing.

6. Follow your RE/MAX Enterprise Realty Professional's instructions during the showing.
